A proper senior fitness program is your key to success and to feeling better. Prestonwood Court offers an on-site fitness program for older adults in the Plano area seeking recovery, wishing to improve strength or balance, or wanting to begin a great workout routine.

Membership
The Premier Club at Prestonwood Court promotes and supports a healthy, active lifestyle with full fitness programs for senior adults. Members have access to our state-of-the-art fitness facility, which features a heated indoor pool, spa, and strength and cardio equipment.

Personal Training
For a greater level of support, Prestonwood Court’s Fitness Director leads one-on-one sessions to help individuals reach specific fitness goals. Our personal training is ideal for seniors recently discharged from physical therapy or occupational therapy and want to continue exercise based on their specific needs in the Plano area. It’s easy to get started!

Fitness Classes
Premier Club features Keiser and SCIFIT exercise equipment designed specifically for the strength training needs of older adults. Members enjoy a variety of group exercise classes and aquatic programs in our heated indoor pool including balance sessions, low-impact aerobics classes, and arthritis and warm water pain management techniques.
Aquatics
We offer a full range of aquatic classes in our indoor heated pool. One of the classes offered is low-impact aerobics. Learn how to strengthen and tone your muscles, improve cardio-respiratory fitness, develop flexibility, and increase range of motion.
Strength Training
This is a class for older adults at any fitness level. Work your entire body doing different strength-training exercises using free weights and resistance bands. Cardio and core exercises are added to improve your mobility, posture, and endurance.
Total Core Strength
Perform different abdominal exercises in a chair to strengthen your core, which will improve your balance and your ability to walk.
Stretch and Tone
Begin your day doing a variety of stretches that will target every part of your body, helping you feel less stiff and sore throughout the day. Increase your flexibility and range of motion, making daily tasks and activities easier.
Balance and Stability
This class is for seniors at an intermediate fitness level. You will be standing and sitting to work your balance and build your leg strength. Cardio, core, and weight training are included to help you walk better and decrease the likelihood of falls.
Aquatics

Bistro, Spa, and Salon
Premier Club includes a spacious, central gathering area. Visit the bistro for breakfast or casual dining, and enjoy the view of our beautiful courtyard. Residents can also enjoy a relaxing massage, manicure, or pedicure, or visit our hair salon.
